Regional developments such as in the EU-context or with the European Space Agency

Often, there is a major set of special legal, policy and institutional questions at issue when such important players as the European Union or the European Space Agency are involved in space activities, in particular in making their downstream applications benefit the people of Europe. How do these institutions interact, with each other and with individual member states? How should they interact? What institutional developments are likely to occur? In many respects, these questions and many others which are similar are also relevant for activities outside of Europe, where many more efforts at regionalised and institutionalised integration abound.

Black Holes, situated in the heart of ‘space power Europe’, is excellently placed to offer advise on these issues. In Black Holes’ portfolio of past activities, major experience has been built up dealing with such regional developments in the European context, in many cases of an inter-institutional nature.

In addition, considerable expertise has been developed for Black Holes also regarding regional developments outside of Europe.
